Copy the image file to the Memory Stick Duo™ media
Copy the image file to Memory Stick Duo™ media to enable it to be viewed on the PSP™ system. Using a PC, create a folder named "PICTURE" within the Memory Stick Duo™ media, and then copy the file into that folder.
Hints
- For a list of file types that can be viewed on the PSP™ system, see "Files that can be viewed".
- You can create folders within the PICTURE folder (Figure 1).
- Folders created within subfolders are not recognized (Figure 2).
- If a PHOTO folder is created within a folder named "PSP" on the Memory Stick Duo™ media, image files saved within the PHOTO folder will also be recognized.
- When copying files from the PS3™ system to the Memory Stick Duo™ media, necessary folders are created automatically.
- Take care not to infringe the intellectual property of others.
- A Memory Stick Duo Adaptor (model number MSAC-M2: a Sony product sold separately) is required if your device can handle only a standard-size Memory Stick™.
